"Express Class" is shorter in duration than our traditional hour-long format but still power packed with focused and safe exercises developed to work the body from head to toe. Participants can expect to isolate different muscle groups, work them to the point of fatigue and then stretch intensely to avoid building bulk.
Everything you would expect from an hour-long class just more condensed.
What you will need:
A ballet barre, sturdy chair, or countertop
A set of light hand weights (we prefer 1, 2, or 3 lbs)
A rolled-up towel, pillow, or some support for your low back.
A playground ball.
