Shorter in duration than our hour-long or Express Class, snackables are 10-20 minute long classes that target specific muscle groups. During this segment participants focus on upper body and gluteals. Quick and focused, taken alone or paired with other snackables, this is the perfect format for the person on the go! You are certain to feel the burn and see the results.
